I am a clinical psychologist, licensed in both Michigan and Connecticut. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and related disorders, and have particular expertise in treating: obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, agoraphobia, social anxiety disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and depression.

I am continually impressed by the human capacity for resilience and the courage that individuals demonstrate as they face life’s challenges. Using evidence-based approaches, I collaborate with clients to empower them to make meaningful changes and alleviate their suffering.

I utilize evidence-based treatments that are informed by the latest science. Most often my treatment approach is Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT), which focuses on identifying and changing unhelpful thoughts and behaviors that lead to distress. I also incorporate acceptance and mindfulness-based techniques—such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I work with individuals ages 4 and older, and specialize in working with children and adolescents.

I am committed to providing the highest quality care to you and your family, and throughout treatment I work with you to collaboratively assess your progress and satisfaction.
